How this platform works
Answers about requests, readiness, documents, providers and pricing. Anything specific to your entity or permission is a readiness question rather than a documentation one.

Your selection is preserved while you create an account, so you do not re-enter it. After identity and organisation set-up, you continue into a structured intake for the service you chose.
The intake can be saved and resumed. When you submit it, it becomes a request that a qualified provider reviews and scopes.
Business account applications and most licence applications require an incorporated entity. Readiness work can start earlier and is often useful before you incorporate, because it can change which jurisdiction you choose.
If the readiness assessment finds that no entity exists yet, it says so and points to formation as the first step.
No. A readiness assessment compares your current position against what an institution, regulator or counterparty examines, and produces a gap list.
It is preparation. Approval decisions belong to the institution, regulator or registry, and nothing on the platform predicts them.
No. Regulated and professional work is delivered by qualified providers. ZKCAP coordinates the workflow, holds the documents, tracks the obligations and keeps the record of who is responsible for what.
Each provider profile shows its verification state and the credentials that have been verified. Nothing is shown as verified until it is.
Documents are stored in your organisation's vault with version history. Access is scoped: a provider sees only what its engagement requires, and access to sensitive documents is logged.
When a document is rejected, the reason is recorded and a replacement path is opened rather than the requirement silently failing.
Use a unique password and enable multi-factor authentication from your security settings once your account exists. Active sessions and devices can be reviewed and revoked there.
Invitations to join an organisation always show who invited you and which organisation it is for, before you accept anything.
Some work can be packaged and priced in advance; scoped advisory work cannot be priced honestly before the scope is known.
How the platform presents prices publicly — exact figures, a starting-from indication, or proposal-only — is a commercial decision that has not been finalised. Until it is, the platform shows the slot rather than an invented number.
Yes. An account can belong to several organisations, and the active organisation is always visible in the workspace. Records never mix between organisations.
Switching organisation changes the whole workspace context, and you are warned before switching away from unsaved work.
