What is processed
Account identity data, organisation and ownership information, documents you upload, communications sent through the platform, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
Why it is processed
To operate your workspace, to enable providers to deliver work you have engaged them for, to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to the platform and its providers, and to secure the service.
How long it is kept
Documents required for audit or regulatory purposes cannot be deleted on request.
Your rights
You can access and correct your personal data from your profile, and request an export of organisation data.

These documents describe the platform’s role and the allocation of responsibility between you, the providers you engage, and external authorities. They are not a substitute for advice on your own position.
