Legal

Terms of service

These terms describe what the platform provides, what it does not provide, and the responsibilities of each party. The commercial and liability clauses are still under legal review and are shown as pending rather than as draft text.

The platform's role

ZKCAP provides a coordination platform for cross-border business infrastructure work. Professional and regulated services are delivered by qualified third-party providers engaged through the platform.

ZKCAP is not a bank, an electronic money institution, a payment processor, a law firm, an audit firm or a licensed securities intermediary, and does not make approval decisions reserved to institutions, regulators or registries.

Allocation of responsibility

Where work is delivered by a provider, that provider is responsible for its professional work. Where an outcome belongs to an external authority, that authority owns the decision and the platform records the state it reports.

Commercial terms

Fees, cancellation rights and refund treatment are stated in each engagement's commercial documents.

Account closure and data export

You may close an organisation account. Records required for audit and regulatory purposes are retained rather than deleted.

Reading these documents

These documents describe the platform’s role and the allocation of responsibility between you, the providers you engage, and external authorities. They are not a substitute for advice on your own position.
