Cross-border business infrastructure
Built once. In one record.
The company, the accounts and the permissions your business needs — incorporation, banking readiness, payments, licensing and advisory across the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UAE.
Nothing here is an application. Readiness work tells you where you stand before an institution or regulator is involved.
What ZKCAP coordinates
ZKCAP coordinates the work behind operating across borders — incorporation, business banking preparation, payments, licensing, compliance and advisory — with qualified providers, in one record you can hand to a bank, a regulator or an investor.
Who this is built for
Founders entering a new market
An entity in a specific jurisdiction, then the accounts and permissions that make it operational.
Finance and operations leads
Obligations, documents and providers in one record instead of five inboxes.
Regulated and fintech businesses
The licensing perimeter, sequenced correctly rather than quickly.
Capabilities
Seven capability areas, one operating record
Each area has its own requirements, its own authority and its own failure modes. They share one organisation record, one document vault and one obligation calendar.
Company formation
Incorporate in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore or the UAE, with the local roles each jurisdiction requires in place from day one.
Registry acceptance is decided by the filing authority.
Business banking
Suitability, ownership evidence and the document pack institutions actually ask for — before an application is prepared.
Account opening is never guaranteed; the institution decides.
Payments
A payment stack that can actually onboard your model, and preparation for the underwriting that follows.
ZKCAP is not a payment processor and holds no merchant funds.
Licensing
Money services, e-money, capital markets and virtual asset permissions — jurisdiction-specific, never a generic checklist.
The regulator owns every authorisation decision.
Capital advisory
Fundraising readiness, financial modelling, investor materials and transaction readiness.
No promise of funding. ZKCAP does not place or broker securities.
M&A and transactions
Sell-side and buy-side readiness with a real data room and diligence workflow.
ZKCAP does not act as broker of record or hold transaction funds.
Cross-border structuring and mobility
International group structure, subsidiary set-up and mobility coordination for businesses operating across jurisdictions.
No immigration outcome is promised; no investment product is offered.
Jurisdiction discovery
Where you incorporate changes what you must maintain
Four jurisdictions are published with full entity options, requirements and ongoing obligations. The differences are structural, not cosmetic.
- Open United States
United States
Incorporation happens at state level, so the state you choose determines the filing authority, the public record and the annual obligations. Federal tax registration sits on top of the state filing.
2 entity types · State filing authority of the chosen state · USD
- Open Hong Kong
Hong Kong
A common-law jurisdiction with a straightforward incorporation process, a mandatory company secretary and an annual audit expectation for most operating companies.
Private Company Limited by Shares · Companies Registry (Hong Kong) · HKD
- Open Singapore
Singapore
A tightly administered registry with quick electronic filing, balanced by real substance requirements — a resident director, a company secretary and a local registered office.
Private Company Limited by Shares (Pte. Ltd.) · Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) · SGD
- Open United Arab Emirates
United Arab Emirates
There is no single UAE company: each free zone and the mainland regime licenses its own entities, with different activity lists, premises rules and visa allocations. The regime choice comes before the filing.
Free Zone Company · Free-zone licensing authority of the chosen zone · AED
Licence discovery
Which permission applies to what you are building
The perimeter question comes before the application question. Each category is expressed through jurisdiction-specific instruments, with the regulator named.
Money services (MSB)
Moving money for other people: remittance, money transfer, currency exchange and closely related money services.
USHKSGE-money (EMI)
Issuing electronic money or operating payment accounts, where customer balances sit with your business rather than with a bank the customer chose.
SGHKBroker / capital markets
Dealing in, arranging or advising on securities and other capital-markets products, or managing money on behalf of clients.
USSGVirtual assets (VASP)
Providing virtual asset services to other people: exchange, transfer, custody, brokerage or platform operation.
SGHKAE
How it works
Transparent about who does what
Every engagement makes four things explicit: what you provide, what the platform coordinates, what a qualified provider performs, and which decision belongs to an external authority.
- 01
Understand and check
Structured readiness against what the deciding party examines, producing a gap list rather than a score.
- 02
Scope and quote
A qualified provider reviews the gaps, scopes real work and issues a quote you can accept or decline.
- 03
Deliver and track
Milestones, document requirements and information requests are tracked with owners and due dates.
- 04Recurring
Maintain
Renewals, filings and expiry dates become recurring obligations instead of surprises.
Verified providers, stated plainly
Provider profiles show verification state and the credentials that have been checked. Anything a provider asserts about itself is labelled as provider-declared until it is verified.
External decisions stay external
Registries, regulators, banks and payment providers own their decisions. The platform records the state they report and never shows an approval that has not been given.
No invented numbers
You will not find a success rate, an approval likelihood or a client count on this site. Where a commercial figure is not yet decided, the platform shows the gap instead of a placeholder.
What ZKCAP is not
Not a bank, not an electronic money institution, not a payment processor, not a law firm, not an audit firm, not a licensed securities intermediary. Regulated and professional work is performed by qualified providers who are responsible for it.

Why business account applications get declined
Most declines trace back to a small number of avoidable problems in the application, not to the business itself. Here is what institutions examine and what you can fix first.
Begin
Start where your decision actually is
If the entity comes first, start with formation. If the entity exists and the account is the blocker, start with readiness. Whatever you select is carried into your account rather than lost at sign-up.
