Data processing addendum
This addendum applies where the platform processes personal data on your organisation's instruction, and sits alongside the terms of service.
Roles of the parties
Your organisation determines the purpose of processing for data you upload about your own people and counterparties. ZKCAP processes it to provide the platform and to enable providers you engage.
Sub-processors
Infrastructure and service sub-processors used to operate the platform are recorded, and providers you engage act on their own professional responsibility for the work they deliver.
Security measures
Access is scoped by relationship and role, sensitive document access is logged, and administrative actions that affect records are recorded in an activity trail.
Return and deletion
On termination, data is returned or deleted except where retention is required for audit or regulatory purposes.
